Bluetooth Troubleshooting :

1. Customers can only be a maximum of 8 meters away from the TV set as this requires a stable connection for

the Bluetooth functionality. This is based on Line of sight.

2. Signal strength on WIFI must be stable in order to connect to the TV set.

3. Poor connection customer to run a signal strength test on the TV to confirm WIFI is performance.
